Using GoCardless to Pay your Monthly Bill

We know that in today’s digital world, you’re used to making online payments at the click of a button. And that’s why we’re using GoCardless more and more.
GoCardless is an easy, secure payment option for our customers. And we find it works well for both us and our clients. Here’s how it works…
How to Use GoCardless to Pay your Monthly Bill
- Use Our GoCardless Link
If you’d like to pay via GoCardless, you can click this link
Or we’ll send you an email invite if requested. Just click on the link in the email to go to the online Direct Debit form.
- You Fill in the Direct Debit Form
In the online Direct Debit form (Direct Debit mandate) you’ll be able to see all of the important details – the Direct Debit amount and how often we plan to collect the payment. There are options for both one-off and regular payments. You just need to fill in this form the once and click to submit.
- GoCardless Arrange the Direct Debit with your Bank
GoCardless will contact your bank with the Direct Debit mandate you have completed. It can take up to ten working days to set up your Direct Debit.
- Payment without the Fuss
Once the Direct Debit is up and running, payments can be made without the fuss. Next time we come to clean your windows, GoCardless will automatically collect payment from your bank account within five working days.
